The first "Booklet of Memories" was designed and distributed as a Memorial Pamphlet in the Fall of 2004. Several more immediately followed with an amazing reception. It was interesting to note that although we may know people for many years, we only scratch the surface of really knowing them.
Linda D. McGaugh's interest in getting to know people eventually led her to earn a degree in Communication Studies from UMKC after having graduated from KC Business College. Her work experience has ranged from Ballet Instructor/Choreographer in Zweibrucken, Germany to an HR Recruiter/Generalist for one of the largest and most respected printers in the Kansas City area. Inspired by her travels abroad and many acquaintances along the way, Linda's writing skills include poetry, prose, and a creative writing style that portrays a depth of insight and a zest for life.
Linda S. Stallard has over twenty years experience working in the printing industry, the last eight years working for the largest magazine printer in the state of Missouri. During that time she has developed an expertise in the printing of product that ranges from conventional prepress to printing and binding. Her knowledge of paper weights and textures assures a professional looking product that is pleasing to the eye. In her spare time, Linda enjoys the artistic pleasures of calligraphy, photography, stained glass and water color.
