If you are experiencing the loss of a loved one, please accept our sincerest condolences. We understand the heart ache and emptiness one feels. As a matter of fact, it is with the passing of our loved one that Choreography of Memories was born. How gratifying it was for us to know that our loved one touched so many lives. It was equally healing for those who knew our loved one to know how their presence influenced another’s life. What a wonderful way to say “good-bye” by giving a keepsake to all who mourn for your loss.
For Memorial Services:
Option 1: Select from a one- to two-sided cardstock photo collage with one side depicting your loved one’s pictorial journey through life and the other side describing the life he or she had. After the service, frame the picture collage. If you opt for the two-sided, the backside will always have the story to share in time. Allow at least two full days for completion and up to 15 pictures. Pricing may be as low as $1.00 ea. depending upon style chosen and quantity ordered.
Option 2: Select a 5 ½ x 4 ¼ fold-over card with your loved one’s picture on front and information on the inside as desired. Allow at least two full days for completion. Prices may be as low as $1.00 ea. depending upon quantity and style.
Option 3: Select a large 24 x 48 photo collage that depicts a legacy. Display on an easel or hang. Allow at least two full days for completion. $150.00 and up (depending upon whether it is laminated or framed).
Registry Book:
A black, leather bound registry book may be personalized with your loved one’s information. Inserted vellum adds a soft touch and protective covering to select pages. Headings in gold foil elegantly grace pages throughout. Additional pages may be added later for photos, newspaper articles, etc. $65.00 + $1.00 for each page added after the service
